The downstairs is furnished with seating and tables (see photos) and will house my primary workspace. There’s also the crate and doggy door for my Frenchie, Luther. Open to other pets EXCEPT other dogs. (well behaved)!

YOUR SPACE: Huge master bedroom with gorgeous floor to ceiling windows for plenty of light. Vaulted ceilings make it feel super airy! More than enough room for a California King and a work from home set up. Bathroom features a luxury showerhead and plenty of counterspace, adjacent to an insane walk in closet. Room unfurnished.

THE AREA: You’ll be in north Oak Lawn, right on the border of Highland Park and Turtle Creek. The area insanely walkable, and my personal fave, Eatzi’s, is just around the corner.

THE PRICE: $1100 per month + split utilities. Willing to do a month to month/flexible lease. Also will be completing a background check. $500 refundable security deposit required. Room is available towards the beginning of November

ABOUT ME: I am a young professional (working in the insurance industry). I primarily work from home so during the week is pretty quiet. I love traveling, happy hours, and making a good meal! This is my second time living in Dallas, and I’m excited to be back!
