Sameera's room

The house is located near major highways (75, 635, DNT) in Dallas. About a 15 minute drive into Downtown Dallas but still close suburbs like Richardson and Carrollton. About a 2,100 square foot house.

The private room and bathroom is located upstairs.

The washer and dryer are in the garage.

Street Parking, corner house next to Coit, which does get busy/loud at times.

I am clean in common spaces and I’d appreciate the same but will not freak out if it’s a bad week or whatever.

I have a plant/yoga room upstairs that would be treated as a common space, in addition to all the downstairs common spaces (dining, kitchen, living room, backyard).

Would be a great fit for someone who enjoys the privacy of a house but doesn’t want to be saddled with high rent.

It’s just me and my cat. Good, calm vibes are what I prefer to soak in. I have a very decent backyard and love dogs, but it would have to be the right fit to make it work with my cat. I am open to people of all walks of life. Just ask for mutual respect and clear communication and we will get along great!

Cat: Super sweet and large. Will take a little time to acclimate to other animals but has done it a lot in life. Mostly spends time outside and/or following me around. He does have a cat door where he can come and go from the backyard as he pleases.

I work from home and sometimes at night, upstairs also. However, I am quiet and mind my own business when I am in my office working.

I prefer to provide all the common area household cleaning items, as I stay chemical scent-free. Anyone seen the documentary Stink? It’s real. I obviously am not asking for money for this, just wanted to put it out there.

I do smoke cigarettes but would NEVER do so inside.

420 friendly, but a fan of exhaling out windows if possible.
