About the room
I have a room for rent in my home off of Atlantic & Kernan in Waterleaf Community. It’s a great community and it’s near the beach, St. John’s Town Center, 295 and 202. You will have use of the loft and hall bathroom to yourself on the 2nd floor. You will be responsible for 1/2 of the JEA bill.
About the roomies
I’m the only resident in the home, but my daughters visit from time to time. I work from home most days and will require peace and quiet. I would like a roommate who does not smoke, who is clean and someone who is respectful.
