One room for female available. This house-share has 6 private bedrooms plus common areas. Each room has one tenant. Each room has a private code lock for only that tenant. The bathroom will be shared with one other female. Other male tenants have a separate bathroom. Shared areas include: living room with piano & couch, large dining table, laundry, three view decks, large yard, game loft. Parking in driveway and on street available.
My husband and I had to move to Arizona. We left our 18 year old son in Redmond with 5 housemates. Current tenants are polite, quiet, introverted and “clean” (no smoking, vaping, drinking, drugs or pets). All are under 22 years old! They are very respectful and good communicators. When they first moved in they had “house meetings” to get to know each other and discuss how they would do things. With a new housemate they will have another meeting or two so you can all be comfortable.
