Young Adult House Share! (Ages 18 - 26) Great location on Education Hill! Safe neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. This house-share has 6 private bedrooms (unfurnished) plus common areas (furnished). Each private room has a coded door for your own security. The currently available room is about 11 x 13 feet and is for a female only. Shared spaces in the home include: Bathrooms, Kitchen (with two sinks & three fridges), Dining, & Family Room with piano! Off-street parking is available. Large backyard to enjoy as well as a garden and three decks!

The current tenants are polite, quiet, and introverted. This is a community, not just a room rental – thus all residents gather for a business/social meeting once per month. Housemates must be “clean” (no drugs, no smoking or vaping, no alcohol). Personalities need to be compatible with other household members – quiet and respectful. Ages range from 18 to 26. No pets.
