Six (6) months trial lease commitment with mutual option to extend rental period to one (1) year from date of signed lease agreement. Smokers, alcoholics, and drug use are not allowed. Move in cost is First & Last months rent. The last month rent of $785.00 includes a $100. cleaning deposit for a total of $1,670.00 move in cost. The last month payment will be release no later then 21 days clearing property inspections minus damages cost. A 30 day notice to quit rental agreement is required.

I am a happy and a private person. I value living separate from my roommate. I prefer to cook and watch TV separately. Shared cooking and watching TV time can be negotiated. I exercise daily. I have my personal friends and family and I’m well established with my neighbors. I have a clean cozy home that I would like to share with the right person.
