About the room
This is 4 year old house with 5 bedrooms built by Lennar and very safe family friendly neighborhood. About couple miles from UC Merced. Credit score above 600 and Income should be over 3 times the rent.
Asking for $550/month for the room, with $750 refundable deposit. Month-2-Month lease. Utilities $75 more would cover electricity, water, trash and internet. No pets at this time.
Owner pays for HOA that takes care of front lawn. 1 month notice would be required on leaving and cannot use your security deposit as last months rent. Deposit will be refunded after deduction for any damages to the property.
Note - No parking about the unit. This unit is rented with no parking.
About the roomies
2 males and 2 females occupy other rooms. The 1 male has his own master bedroom. Since it is shared property, would request you to keep your friends and visitors to minimum and cooperate with other roommates in the same property. Once you meet the criteria, would like you to meet with other folks in the property and see if you have mutual match.
