Looking to rent out the masterbed room. You will have your own bathroom and a walkin closet.
Rent is 950 per month with 100 for utilities and wifi. So monthly comes to 1050.
This property is located in Milton. 5 minutes away from Avalon, and downtown Alpharetta. Neighborhood is very quite and safe. It is also 5 mins walk away from Targets, Planet fitness, and other popular restaurant/ fast food chains. Great location if you are a student currently attending college as well. It is 3 mins away from the major highways.
About the roomies
There are currently two roomates in this house. Both are working professional individual that work full time. We barely see each other home so the house is quiet just in case you work from home.
We would like to find someone who cleans after themselves, quiet, and respectful.
