WiFi, cable, Netflix, Hulu, hbo max, Disney plus (all the apps you can think of, lol) nice washer/dryer, electric, water all included. Access to backyard and grill. One parking spot. Good location. No other animals allowed. The room is for ONE person who works full time. Looking for someone to stay at least 6 months. $775 to move in. First week plus $500 security deposit.
