WEEKLY RENT $275 EVERY WEEK!! Great neighborhood in east pompano. Private and furnished room. There is a bathroom right next door to this room, which is the guest bathroom. You will be the only one using it as of right now. This house is on the water with a nice pool in the backyard. You won’t want to leave! Lol there is also a washer and dryer inside the house. :)

About the roomies

WEEKLY RENT $275/WEEK it wouldn’t let me change it from month. Not trying to be misleading. I am posting this for my uncle to help out! He’s awesome, super chill. Works and goes to the gym. Lives a healthy lifestyle. Has two small dogs. Under 25 lbs. Both are very sweet. There is a bathroom on that side of the house you would be the only one using it, although it is also the guest bathroom. He would prefer someone who works full time during the day and doesn’t party all the time. Please message me for any questions. Oh and to specify the rent is WEEKLY $275 A WEEK with a $550 security deposit. $825 in total gets you in. Have a great day ✌️
