A Male professional owns home and occupies separate bed & bath. The house is located in a quiet, scenic & safe Addison neighborhood near Preston & Beltline, walking distance to a park, jogging trails & playground; less than 2 minutes from Heart of Addison (restaurants) and very short distance to multiple stores, supermarkets, cafes and major highways.

Rent will be $750 + electric (neg.). I am looking for a responsible, caring person who will take excellent care of the place – No cats – dogs are allowed.
