AVAILABLE ASAP Partially Furnished room with walk-in closet & a shared reserved parking spot. Close to parks, W&O trail & Rt 28, only 10 min from the airport. Utilities are $130 a month and that includes water, trash, electric, internet & TV. You have access to the whole house except the living room area, this is a non-communal area. The bathroom is shared but we have never had any issues with this situation because of trying our best to make sure everyone is on a different schedule, there is also a 1.2 bath on the first floor. Bathrooms are kept clean and have anti-bacterial spray in them for extra cleanliness. This is an ideal situation for someone 28+(would consider someone a bit younger if it was the right fit) years always on the go looking for a safe, quiet place to rest their head at night. It’s also perfect for someone who is hoping to get their own place in 4-6 months to a year or someone who’s got a family in another state and is here for work. I prefer someone who works outside the home during the day all day but I’m willing to visit the idea of someone who is telecommuting and is going back into the office in the near future , no shift workers or night workers please. This is also not conducive to retirees. We tried the night worker thing, and it just doesn’t work for me. I also would prefer someone who likes animals since I have to kitty girls that are very sweet. No couples or children, sorry. We’re a very quiet and safe household/neighborhood. So, anyone doing this with the reservation of moving in with strangers doesn’t need to worry. I’m very seasoned. I’ve been renting out rooms here for a very long time and have a formula that is drama free. I work from home with two crazy kitties by my side this would mean we aren’t looking for any other pets to move in unfortunately but would like someone who likes animals. My newest housemate is an older gentlemen who is very quiet and respectful. He works sometimes 6 days a week all day.
