Available 6-1-24 First, I would like to start off with what we aren’t looking for: *Not looking for anyone that smokes cigarettes or Marijana in or outside the house or hangs with those that do. *No pets, couples or children the room would not accommodate this. *No retirees, night workers or shift workers (ex. Tues. 2-6 Wed 9-3 etc. *If you are someone who likes to cook with strong seasonings this won’t be the right space as I have a sensitivity to very strong smells. This is a furnished room with street parking. Close to parks, W&O trail & Rt 28, only 10 min from the Dulles airport. We’re seeking a mature, active, professional adult with life experience who is 30+ yrs preferably. Someone who has lived in the past with males and females outside their family unit. It’s extremely important that you are someone who avoids drama and is a laid-back person without the use of drugs or alcohol. We are seeking a 6 mth lease or longer but might be able to do less. This is also very much like a border situation you will have access to the kitchen & items in the kitchen, Bathrooms, & Laundry. We would also like someone who is comfortable around cats, I have two very sweet curious girls so if you aren’t someone that’s understanding of animals, we will not be the right fit. The home only has 1 full bath and one 1/2 bath, you must be someone who is very clean and can adapt to specific routines when it comes to this area, or it will not work. We never have a problem with this as long as everyone respects each other. Other details can be sent to you in an email so you can get the complete overview. Pictures: this is currently in the room, curtains, single size bed (no linens provided) small area rug, reading chair, 2 small lamps, shelves w/cubes, TV & stand, trash can, broom & pale and a closet. We’re a very quiet and safe household/neighborhood. So, anyone doing this with the reservation of moving in with strangers doesn’t need to worry. I’m very seasoned when it comes to renting out the rooms. I’ve been renting out rooms here for a very long time and have a formula that is drama free. I work from home with two crazy kitties by my side this would mean we aren’t looking for any other pets to move in unfortunately but would like someone who likes animals. My other boarder is a very kind gentleman who keeps to himself and loves rock and roll & his family. Also, if this is a concern for someone it’s one female and one male living here, we do share a bathroom, but we keep it very clean which means you will have too as well. I also have a second 1/2 bath downstairs as backup just in case. To be very clear we are seeking a 3rd person.
