Exclusive use of 2 adjacent rooms furnished to suit (use one room as a bedroom and the other as an office/den/study or whatever)

Exclusive use of full bathroom across the hall

Shared use of fully equipped kitchen and laundry

Indoor parking for one car

Internet access (both hardwired and WiFi)

All utilities (gas, electric, water, sewerage, trash collection)

Note: Bus stop for 69/P69/P76 routes is 0.3 miles from the house. 69 provides local service on weekdays to CMU and Pitt campuses as well as downtown Pittsburgh. P69/P76 provide express commuter service on weekdays to/from downtown during morning and afternoon rush hours.

The homeowner is an independent gay male who is retired. He occupies the primary bedroom (which has its own bathroom) and spends most of his time on a computer, watching TV, or listening to music (primarily jazz and classical). Headphones are used whenever necessary.
