• A dishwasher and island bar
• Alarm or other security systems in the property and outside as well for everyone’s safety.

• You will be within walking distance from a lot of grocery stores, bars & restaurants …🚶‍♀️ • Transportation: 2, 3, A, B, C, D are blocks away) Your also near CUNY Columbia, Barnard • near freeway access FDR Central park down at 110th but we also have Morningside park • within walking distance of several grocery stores

STUDENTS ARE WELCOME

Minimum agreement is three (3) months. Any requests for a shorter results in a higher per month rental agreement. If it’s a good fit we can discuss a 6/12/18/24 lease contract once the 3 month contract has finished.

HOUSE RULES: please have GOOD HYGIENE if you’d like to go days without bathing this isn’t likely to be the place for you 😂 🙅🏽‍♀️NO DRAMA 🚭NO SMOKING indoors. 😷NO DIRTY PEOPLE NO CRAZY PARTIES (a small shindig is ok of course but always check with our whatsapp group chat before you make any plans. PAY RENT ON TIME
