Our smoke detectors are INSANELY sensitive, like it sometimes goes off when boiling water 🙃 • PLEASE have GOOD HYGIENE • NO CRAZY PARTIES (a small shindig is ok of course but always check with our WhatsApp group chat before you make any plans. • PETS are considered on a case by case basis which will require a deposit. Although there are no pets in the unit currently, one of the current roommates has previous experience caring for several animals simultaneously. 🐶: let us know if your doggo is a barker ☺️ 🐱: PLEASE clean the litter box twice per day to avoid scents that may disturb your other roommates. It’s quite easy to remember that we as humans flush each time we use the bathroom but pets are unable to clean their own litter boxes you know?

Other than that, you’d have some pretty cool people as roommates willing to expand their circles for the right fit.

Don’t forget to include your LinkedIn, Facebook and/or Instagram account in your initial correspondence. If you are not able to provide that, chances are that the spot will become available to someone else.
