The vacant available bedroom is the swimming pool facing. This is a 3 bedroom apartment. The Watermark apartments are Gated Apartments. These are the safest apartments under all time surveillance and kind of looking new and organized which you will get to experience yourself in your visit. Only requirement is to keep the apartment neat and tidy. Apartment is spacious and it’s none the less than a hotel room. Apart from your personal bedroom, you get to use shared spaces like living room, restroom, patio, kitchen to cook and the dining table. There is also an in-house laundry room for you to use. Apartment has got 2 restooms in total and you will be sharing one restroom with one roommate. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
There are 2 people already staying in the apartment in their respective bedrooms and looking for another 3rd person to share the apartment in the vacant bedroom. 2 people staying in are both working professionals. Mostly we are out for our work during the weekdays and may be traveling in the weekends. It’s like $600 for a bedroom and around $150 for the monthly utilities.
