I am a responsible, reliable, financially stable, maintains personal hygiene, keeps common areas clean, doesn’t leave dishes piling up.

I respect boundaries and privacy and importance of peace. Understands quiet time and alone time. I am friendly but not intrusive.

Goes to office all the week days for a regular time schedule. Have a structured routine. Would respect a WFH environments if applicable to any other roommate. You can be open to me about expectations upfront. Doesn’t avoid problems or become passive-aggressive. Can discuss issues calmly. I prefer fewer conflicts.

Shares chores fairly, respects property, follows agreed house rules, gives notice before if ever any guest would come to visit or a stay over. No loud gatherings unless agreed. Non smoker and a rare drinker unless in a social setting.

Low drama, stable personality. I am generally calm with respectful attitude. Can provide references from previous roommates. I do believe in communication is the Key to avoid conflicts.

No expectation, I’m easy to live with, I’m adjustable and get along with people easily.
