This is an ad out for my father. I am helping him find a roommate. The location is less than 5 minutes from the JC. It is nice and clean. Nice landscaping as well. You will have your own room and shared bathroom, access to a new washer and dryer.

Rent for the room is 900. PLUS THE COST OF UTILITIES ADDS UP TO ABOUT 1050 or 1100 total flat rate depending on which room is available.
