This is the front room in a duplex nearby Drake Rd. It is a 5-minute walk to a dock that has access to the river. 2 windows, personal bathroom with tub, 15 ft by 15 ft. There is storage space in the garage for boxes along one of the walls. Backyard space and 2nd-story deck space. Mostly shaded. Close to the tennis courts/bridge to town. Close River access. Utilities, including Water, Electric, Propane & Wifi are assuming averages when we had 3 people here.

We are working professionals with 3 cats. We often cook, spend time at home, or are out on trips with friends & family. We are both active and work on our businesses and pursuits.
