About the room
Current roommate is getting an apartment with his long-time girlfriend. So, you could potentially move in mid-January or Feb 1st until July with possibility to resign if all works out. $565/month plus utilities ~$100 for gas/electric/high-speed internet.
The room: It is the biggest of all the rooms in the front of the apartment. It has three large & bright windows, hardwood floors, and a decent amount of space for your things. It can fit a queen-sized bed & two or three dressers (pictured).
The apartment: In a great neighborhood! This is a vintage apartment on the second floor of a six unit. Hardwood and tile floors throughout. It has an open common area. Washer and dryer in unit. It is close to all the happenings of Logan Square & Wicker Park. Easy public transit near Milwaukee & Fullerton bus & the Blue line! Close to Planet Fitness and Logan Xsport
About us: Two young professionals, I work in sales management and my other roommate works in the retail industry. We are both male in our early-20’s. We are both clean and very easy going but also enjoy going out & being social.
About you: Another young professional/grad student. Easy going and clean.
