This room is located in the east wing of the house and is the primary room with its own connected private bathroom. It is furnished, including a king size bed set from, mirror and white dresser. The closet is like a half walk in style and will hold plenty.
We have a good mix of otherprofesional female renters. Some that work all week and others that are students at ST. Pete USF. Everyone works together to keep the house common areas clean (kitchen/living/dinning room).
Utility bills are shared 5 ways (20% of the total of internet, water, electric(Solar), and NEW A/C) It is $100 flat for the usual utilities due on the 15th of each month.
