The room for rent is the 1st bedroom in the home, located on the ground floor. There are 3 bedrooms; the Master is occupied by myself (Landlord), the 2nd bedroom is a guest room for my guests, and the 3rd bedroom is occupied by another tenant. The bathroom will be shared with the other tenant. The rent is $725/month with utilities included and the lease term is month to month. The location is great! It’s walking distance from 2 shopping plazas where there’s stores like Wegmans, Marshall’s, UPS, Lowes, etc. There’s also a lot of restaurants between these 2 plazas. Downtown Frederick is a 10 mins drive.
