The room for rent is the 2nd bedroom in the home, located on the third floor. There are 3 other bedrooms; all rooms are occupied. The bathroom will be shared with the two other tenants. The rent is $830/month with utilities and monthly cleaning included. The initial lease term will be 3 months. After that, it will be month-to-month. FYI - the photos in this ad are old, the room has been painted white. The location is great! It’s walking distance from 2 shopping plazas where there’s stores like Wegman’s, Marshall’s, Lowes, UPS, a lot of restaurants, etc. Downtown Frederick is a 10 min drive.

Hi, I’m Jida. I’m the Landlord. I take a lot of pride in my home, so I am looking for a tenant who is respectful, CLEAN, good at communicating, has an open mind and won’t be having too many visitors and/or overnight guests. I’m also looking for a tenant who will be a more long-term stayer, and prefer 21+ of age. About the other roomies - two males and one female. Both of the males are doing research in a nearby lab facility. The female tenant works in Construction. All super friendly and helpful. They keep to themselves for the most part.
