I am looking for 1 (one) roommate to share this gorgeous 3,000 sq ft, 5 bedroom house.
The room is for SINGLE OCCUPANCY, unfurnished, located on the second floor and it features 13 X 13 feet of living space with a large closet.
Flexible terms available: I can provide a Short-term, Long term or a month to month lease. I will accommodate to your move in/move out needs. Flexible move in date. The first month of tenancy is on a pro-rated basis. Leases of at least 3 months or longer will be given priority.
Monthly rent rate is PER PERSON. Utilities included. Couples are allowed for temporary tenancy, individual rate applies.
A $50 application fee per person is required before lease signing. NO EXCEPTIONS. We check your criminal background, credit report and eviction history. I accept Cash or venmo for application payment.
1st month (Prorated) + last month rent + the deposit is required before moving in and/or before keys are received. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you are unable to provide full payment (First + Last Month + Deposit) then I am unable to provide keys nor provide access to the property. I can however hold the room for you for a fee. You may inquire within.

The home has 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3,000 sqft of living space and it features many amenities such as a fireplace, high ceilings, washer, dryer, stainless steel appliances, 2 living rooms, large formal dinning room, guest bathrooms, 3 car garage, large fenced back yard with a deck, open kitchen concept with large island, plenty of countertop space for cooking, security cameras, movie projector, lots of parking available, etc.
The home is quiet, non-smoking, pet free, drug free and it’s always clean.
All utilities are included with rent payment such as Wi-Fi, water, gas, electricity, heat, a fully equipped laundry room, etc.
The home was built by the award winning builder Stafford homes and It was renovated 3 years ago. It is in great condition.

No pets, plants or animals allowed. No smoking allowed. No drugs of any kind. Adult tenants only.
There is always at least 1 person living in the house and never more than 4.
About the current tenants:
We are single young and responsible professionals of different backgrounds in our 30’s and 40’s who enjoy a stress/drama free environment. We have professional careers and love to mentor new and/or young adults into our careers on an ongoing basis.
We are friendly, clean, driven and respectful of each other and our possessions. At times we spend time together in the kitchen or living room and always prioritize each other’s privacy, quiet and comfort.
We have a very active social/professional/sports lifestyle with a vast circle of friends of both genders from all over the world and an even bigger social circle.
You will always be welcomed with open arms to join in on our travels or activities such as happy hours, hikes, get togethers and basketball pick up games with our large group of friends that we call family.
We get together to play basketball with friends 3 to 7 times a week. We attend dinners, social and professional networking events a few times a week. We travel together to other countries a few times a year. Our next trips include The Czech Republic, Philippines, Brazil, Hungary, Colombia, Thailand, Ukraine and Cambodia. You are welcome to join us for any of our international trips and we also respect if you prefer to stay back at home.
We enjoy going out occasionally as a group. We have several former roommates that visit the house on a regular basis, they are great cooks and at times bring food to share. We are always responsible since we all have professional careers. Everyone is welcome!
The one thing that we all have in common? We all met at the house because we lived at this house at one point or another.
