This Room is available for rent Small 3 bedroom colonial house, room is unfurnished. size fits a queen size bed and a dresser comfortably. Perfect room for some one on the go. Must be extremely clean no clutter allowed. Bedroom on the 2nd level. Bathroom is on the first floor next to the kitchen. There is NO bathroom on the 2nd level.

I am quiet! Friendly, I like to listen music at least once a week. I love to communicate so there is no problems. I am easy to talk with so please feel free to share if something is on your mind. Clean is a must! must! must! I currently have a room mate he has lived there for 4 years. Very friendly and quiet.

I am looking for a some one who is always on the go, does very minimal cooking maybe once a week.. If you cook all day every day then this place will definitely not work for you!

Rent is due on the FIRST of every month, If you are late with the rent, then every day late will be $20 extra per day. Please buy your own everything. Example food, toiletries etc. Privacy and respect are required. No company preferred. However, if need be yes occasionally. I am a very low key and do not like traffic in my home. I do not smoke however, I am okay with cannabis smoking etc. outside only. No other illegal drugs in the home or outside areas. I will do a quick cleanliness room check once per month. If we decide we are a good roomie fit, then room check will end. no dirty dishes in the sink! EVER! Please clean up all areas of use.
