I have a room with a private bath available for rent in an end unit townhome in a safe quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac, with a fully fenced yard, deck, and parking. Our home is close to Portland, major tech companies - Intel and Nike, restaurants, stores, and public transit.
Utilities - electricity, water & sewage, gas: split equally among 4 tenants (averages about $60/month)
Trash, internet, and cleaning are included in rent.
Free access to community clubhouse and playground
Room details: 150 Sq ft, $895, with a large closet. Bath is private and NOT shared with any one else. Rooms have no shared walls with other housemates.
Home and room are fully furnished. Room furnishing can be removed upon request.
No pets allowed unfortunately

Move in costs: Move in costs is monthly rent ($895) plus $895 refundable monthly deposit
