I have a large room (25ft by 10ft) with a private entrance, available for rent in Beaverton in an end unit townhome and a safe quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac, with fully fenced yard, deck, and parking. It is in a great location close to shopping, transit, Intel and Nike, and includes free access to community clubhouse and playground.

Home is fully furnished but the room for rent is not

Room is large with size, 25ft by 10ft and has no shared walls with other housemates’ rooms. The Bathroom is shared with only one other person

Room is for single individuals only

No pets allowed unfortunately

Trash and internet are included in rent Electricity, sewage & water, and gas are split equally among 4 tenants (averages $60/month)

Move in costs are monthly rent ($850) plus $850 refundable security deposit

Lease options:1 year lease

Room is currently available for showings and rent.

We are looking for a full-time working professional to fill the spot. Please no drama, passive-aggressive, drugs, smoking, attitude, high conflict personality, immaturity etc.
