About the room
Hey. I have a room in my home I’m looking to rent. It’s currently semi furnished but if you’d like everything removed just let me know. I’d say the room is medium sized. You’ll have access to kitchen and laundry. You can have a bathroom (with bidet) to yourself if you’d like but it currently only has a bathtub, no shower (guests may also use this bathroom, but I don’t have guests too often), otherwise there is a shared shower. Also if you like to garden, I have a backyard with plenty of room for a decent garden…I have a black thumb. Looking for someone who is level headed and easy going. Someone who will respect my house. Bonus points if you’re willing to take the garbage out 🙂.

About the roomies
I work from home. Would prefer someone who works outside the home. My house is never 100% tidy so if you have issues with that or are very particular, this probably isn’t the place for you. Anything else just ask. I’d like to have good communication. I also dog sit and have social gatherings a few times a year…advanced notice will be provided. LGBTQ+ friendly.
