Looking for Female roommate’s in a four bedroom two bathroom ranch style home located 2 minutes north of Olde Town Arvada, & 15 minutes west of Down Town Denver. Close to Highway, Shopping, & Park-N-Ride. The Gold (G-Line) Light-Rail (Olde Town Station) offer’s a quick commute to Union Station in Downtown Denver! All other roommates are considerate of others & clean up after themselves in the common areas.
