One room available for rent in a 3 bedroom / 2 bath. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, small desk, dresser and bed side table. This colonial 3 story home is situated within 10 minutes walk of downtown Milford and the train station. The common space (kitchen , dining, & 2 separate living room spaces) is shared between two other working professionals (a couple) who live here part time, and one full-time roommate. Laundry is included. There is a large, flat fully fenced yard and deck with BBQ and propane fire pit. The room is approx 12’ by 14’ with several bright windows.

Male & female (couple), both working professionals in their 30s, with 2 well-behaved terriers. Both are outgoing and outdoorsy, respectful of privacy.
