About the room
This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house that is very homey. Short term rental is ok. fenced backyard and patio with BBQ and loungers. Large shared kitchen. Mature professionals preferred. Two small well-behaved dogs in the house part time. Must be clean or help pay for cleaner. Utilities are $150/ mon extra. Available June 1 but arrangements can be made up to 1 week earlier. Partial furnishings also available for short term tenancy .
