Hi! My name is Ashley. I moved to Chicago last year from San Diego. I am a single, working professional seeking a new roommate to move in by Jan 1st. I live in West Logan Square about 1 mile from the blue line. It’s quiet but quaint and about a $15 uber ride to Downtown. I enjoy cooking, cleaning, hanging with my dog, chick flicks, make up, live music, exploring the city and a good red wine or bourbon. I would also love someone to work out with! Major plus! Most would say that I am a free spirit with a positive outlook. I am a bit of a night owl but always quiet and respectful when I’m up late. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. It is furnished everywhere but the bedroom you would be renting. Storage is limited beyond the bedroom so that might be something to keep in mind. I work long hours and travel often so you would have the place to yourself a lot. My dog, Sophie is an 8 year old lab. She is super friendly and gets along with everyone and other dogs! My ideal roommate would also be a working professional, clean and respectful of my things and personal space. The rent includes cable, internet and water. Electric and Gas are separate. Laundry is available in the building but I prefer the laundry mat to be totally honest. I found one nearby I really like! There is also one off street parking spot that is available to rent for $150 through the property manager, otherwise parking on the street requires a city permit.
