The house is Co-ed. We are ages 25-31yo. This is an atmosphere where the roommates are fun friendly individuals that know the importance of work, goals, and living well alongside each other. Current residents are made up of working professionals / students that know how to take care of the house and their business and looking for the same in the new tenant. The new tenant also needs to be able to effectively clean up after themselves and or guest(s) who use the kitchen, bathrooms and or common living areas-no exceptions.
