So, a little about the house: it is five bedrooms and consists of roommates in ages ranging from 25-31. It is coed. We are all working professionals. Everyone is down to earth, very clean, and respectful! The open room is an upstairs fully furnished bedroom equipped with a queen-sized bed and mattress, desk with chair, 50-inch smart TV, and a nightstand. The room was recently painted, and the carpet was steam-cleaned last week. Everyone in the house is highly active and busy, so we like the house to be a peaceful oasis to relax in when we are home. The place is relatively large—plenty of kitchen space, and it’s fully equipped. We have two fridges and a deep freezer so there is plenty of space to keep food. A washer and dryer is in the unit. There are two shared bathrooms. We keep it very clean here, as you can see in the photos. Everyone cleans up after themselves when using the common areas. We do have a cleaner come twice a month to do all the deep cleaning.
