This is a 2 bed room 2 bath apartment. i am currently living in master bedroom and i am trying to rent the second bedroom which is almost similar to master bedroom size. you will have your own bathroom. My roommate is leaving this month end as she got a job in different city . Overall price would be 760$ + utilities(40-50$) + internet(37$) +electricity (60$) per person. This apartment is very close to UNF like 7 min drive and publix is like 4 minutes and towncenter around 5-7 mins depending on traffic. i have lease until December. It is a very calm and private apartment.

i am 30 year old computer professional working from home due to covid restrictions. i cook myself, i am mostly vegetarian but welcome and encourage you to cook whatever you want. i am very clean and friendly person , looking for rooomate who can keep apartment clean and friendly people would be a primary requirement.
