The metro is a 12-minute walk away. Union Station is a 19-minute-long ride. NIH is a 15-minute bus ride away (RideOn Route 34 or 37). The neighborhood is extremely safe. (A+ on crimgrade.org; 88% less violent crime than DC proper and 60% that of Bethesda.) What’s more, the room itself has a keyed lock and there’s a security system housemates can use from their phones.
Our month-to-month lease and low security deposit ensures everyone here loves it.
This room has a 50“ TV. As the two images show, the 50“ TV has prepaid subscriptions (no need to give out your email address or anything) to Disney+, Paramount+, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Fandango @ Home, ROKU channel, Tubi, Pluto TV, YouTube Premium Lite, and Showtime.
There are a lot of free services:
o use of office equipment like copiers, printers, and scanners. o all of the chores are done by someone. o all the common areas are cleaned regularly. o all the dishes are both sterilized and put back so that the kitchen is always usable. o unlimited coffee and tea using filtered water (both Britta and DCC-RWF). o delivery of groceries (mostly for anyone who doesn’t own a car). o newspaper. o household supplies such as TP, paper towels, laundry detergents, stain removers, and bleaches.
All inquiries will be responded to within 2 hours of daylight. This room is available now but feel free to contact us even if your intended move date is a while from now since a good fit is more important to us than hoping one’s move date matches a random number on a calendar.
