An ideal candidate would be a grad student, intern, recent graduate or someone who is in a transitional time without a lot of “stuff.” Rooms are already furnished and there is limited closet/storage space, like in many historical homes.
Sorry, no smoking (of anything) allowed. My cat Scrappy already claims this house as his own…No additional pets allowed.
Shared spaces in this 3 bed/2.5 bath home include living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry and back porch.
This post is for the larger bedroom with a full bath … the shower would be shared with one other person who would have their own 1/2 bathroom. There is no closet space in this room, a clothes rack and a dresser for clothes is provided. The room is also furnished with a desk.
