In search of a female roommate to share this lovely historical home with on a temporary basis. This room is ideal for someone who is in town for a few months and needs a cozy room and comfy bed to sleep in but not much storage space for belongings.

I am looking for responsible, dependable roommates who will respect the space and enjoy all the Historical district has to offer!

Just a few blocks away from Florida Southern and Lake Hollingsworth, and a short drive to Downtown Lakeland.

An ideal candidate would be a grad student, intern, recent graduate or someone who is in a transitional time without a lot of “stuff.” Rooms are already furnished and there is limited closet/storage space, like in many historical homes.

Sorry, no smoking (of anything) allowed. My cat Scrappy already claims this house as his own…No additional pets allowed.

Shared spaces in this 3 bed/2.5 bath home include living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry and back porch.

This post is for the larger bedroom with a full bath … the shower would be shared with one other person who would have their own 1/2 bathroom. There is no closet space in this room, a clothes rack and a dresser for clothes is provided. The room is also furnished with a desk.

I am a neat, responsible professional with years of connections and relationships within Lakeland. I have lived in this quiet neighborhood for 9 years and share this street with wonderful neighbors from all walks of life!
