In search of a female renter for a private bedroom in this lovely historical home.

I am looking for a responsible, dependable renter who will respect the space and enjoy all the Historical district has to offer!

Just a few blocks away from Florida Southern and Lake Hollingsworth, and a short drive to Downtown Lakeland.

Rooms are already furnished and there is limited closet/storage space, like in many historical homes.

No smoking (of anything) allowed.

Homeowner already has a cat - no additional pets allowed.

Shared spaces in this 3 bed/2.5 bath home include living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry and back porch.

This post is for a bedroom with a 1/2 bath en suite… the shower is in a bathroom that would be shared with the occasional guests, but for the most part solely used by renter.

The closet space is limited in this room, but a dresser for clothes is provided.

I am a neat, responsible professional with years of connections and relationships within Lakeland. I have lived in this quiet neighborhood for 12 years and share this street with wonderful neighbors from all walks of life!
