-Proof of employment & Background Check required. -First month and last month payment + Security deposit ($450.00) when moving in. -Apply for the background check here in the Roomies website, so it gets posted in your profile. This is for everybody’s safety, since you will share the household with 2 other roommates.
-You will have access to Living room, Kitchen, Porch, Laundry and Community Pool, which is 1 min walk from the House. -There are 3 bedrooms and one shared bathroom upstairs, two of the bedrooms are already occupied by females. The 3rd room upstairs is not being rented is only for family members of the landlord that occasionally visit and stay. -There is also a shared half bathroom near the Kitchen. -The house is fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and has excellent appliances.
-The Garage is already occupied so parking will be outside which normally are available spots.
-There are monitored SECURITY CAMERAS outside in the Front door,Backyard and in the Garage Door, for your safety.
It is SMOKE-FREE, STRICTLY DRUG-FREE and most importantly DRAMA-FREE household!. We Speak English and Spanish.
Island Walk @Meadow Woods is a calm and nice neighborhood between two of the best neighborhoods in Orlando: Lake Nona and Hunters Creek. The house is very close to Publix, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Aldi, LA Fitness, Starbucks and nice restaurants and shops. 15 minutes from Airport MCO 15 Minute Drive to Amazon Warehouse 15 minutes to Nemours Children’s Hospital 17 minutes to Orlando VA Hospital Lake Nona 20 minutes to OIA (Airport Employee Parking lot) 25 minutes to Disney Cast Members Parking 27 minutes to Universal Studios Employee Parking And driving distance to many more fun and touristic places.

All tenants need to be clean and organized and have consideration of each other, so it’s very !! important that you clean after yourself and keep things organized.
Common areas must be kept clean.
Each person should clean after them self at all times - Having consideration and respect for all the roommates of the house is a MUST !!
Inspections, deep cleaning or maintenance will be done every other month by the owner of the property.
