It is SMOKE-FREE, STRICTLY DRUG-FREE and most importantly DRAMA-FREE household!. We Speak English and Spanish. No FIRE ARMS or WEAPONS of any kind Allowed. Room will be available around April,2024

The room is upstairs with a shared bathroom, The room is completely furnished with a Queen bed frame, Memory foam mattress, Two Night Tables with 3 drawers each, Mini Fridge and a 55 Inch smart TV, with high speed internet and a Closet.

Access to Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Porch, Laundry and Community Pool, which is 1 min walk from the House.

There are 3 bedrooms with one shared full bathroom upstairs and the Master Bedroom with private bathroom is downstairs.

One of the rooms upstairs and the is already rented, The master room downstairs is also being rented. There are 2 available rooms upstairs at this moment. The landlord that doesn’t live on the house but sometimes he stays in one of the available rooms. There is also a shared half bathroom (Toilet) downstairs.

The house is fully furnished with good condition furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped and has excellent appliances.

The Garage is already occupied so parking will be OUTSIDE, which normally have available spots.

Island Walk in Meadow Woods is a calm and nice neighborhood between two of the best neighborhoods in Orlando: Lake Nona and Hunters Creek. The house is very close to Publix, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Aldi, LA Fitness, Starbucks and many nice restaurants and shops.

All tenants need to be clean and organized and have consideration of each other, so it’s very !! important that you clean after yourself and keep things organized. Common areas must be cleaned, Having consideration and respect for all the roommates of the house is a MUST !!.
