Erie - Vista Ridge home for share rental with one other person.
You would have 2 rooms/bedrooms and your own private bathroom. (approx 10 x 11 each bedroom). We would share the kitchen and laundry. Should be tidy in common areas.
Rent comes with a gym membership and access to pools, tennis and pickle ball, we are in a golf course community but that costs extra.
I work from home 50% and active in my spare time. Golf, swimming laps, flag football, workout, reading, cooking, movies. For as active as I can be… I am also a home body LOL.. I am respectful of others. Looking to share this rental home. Vista ridge is a fun place with swimming pools, hot tub, gym and access to golf course.
I have little dogs that are kept in their own area with me but there for loving! LOL
My home is my sanctuary and I keep it calm and clean. No chaos, no drama, please be responsible, no excess drinking or partying
