The home is located in a nice neighborhood .easy access to freeway .home Clean, safe neighborhood. Upstairs bedroom . Rm for 1 person only.. No over night visitors. shared Bathroom will need to share big bathroom two sinks and medicine cabinets Etc.

Owner lives in home. With other tenants. Both quiet, nice ,sociable. Teants are mature. They work and spends time with family and friends. Owner spends time with family members and has 1 dogs that she takes care of on a daily basis. Owner also maintains downstairs of the home. And does yard work. Owner busy and so is other tenant with social life and work.will need to share maintaining shared bathroom and clean up after your self in kitchen.
