Home is a five bedroom two-story home. Located in the South Bay Area of San diego. Quiet mature household. Owner lives in home also. Total of four people will live in the household. Nice neighborhood. Pretty safe neighborhood. Parking on street. Not a party house. Everyone works and is mature. No overnight visitors. Must be covid-19 vaccinated.

Everyone is mature. Everyone does their own thing owner is mature and does her own thing she has one pet. No service pets allowed. Owner maintains the downstairs portion of the house with the exception of your room and your bathroom you will maintain that and you will clean up after yourself in the kitchen.
