The living room is furnished and kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen supplies that you are welcome to use so long as you clean up after yourself. There is storage available in the basement if you have a small amount of stuff. House has central heating/air. Two full size refrigerators are in the home to accommodate tenants as well.
