About the roomies

Newly renovated clean 4 bed 1 bathroom house for rent extremely close to medical mile, downtown bars and colleges(only a few blocks away). The house has newly renovated interior with all new flooring and the kitchen redone. There are three a/c units int he house that may be used by tenants. Parking is easy with plentiful street parking in the front and 3 dedicates spaces in the back. The house has 3 large bedrooms($675 each) and 1 smaller that acts as an office or storage for everyone. There is in unit laundry, dishwasher, refrigerator and full kitchen . Home would be perfect for family, groups of students or young professionals given location. Prefer no pets in the rental but are open to particularly well trained and few pets(max 2 in the house). Cats must be spayed/neutered and extra pet deposits are required of $300 per pet. Move out requires 60 day notice, landlord will market room and find replacement so other tenants are not responsible for vacating tenants rent portion.

Furniture is included for use with rental but can be removed upon request prior to move in.

Rent does not include gas/internet/electricity but the total bills can be quite modest of you are careful with use.
