About the room
The house is a completely restored historic home and is impeccably but comfortably furnished. All utilities are included and the room is fully furnished. This particular room has not only a private bath in the room but a walk-in closet. It has stunning morning light.
About the roomies
I have owned the property for 20 years and restored it from the ground up, being a semi-retired restoration architect and contractor. The house is shared with a Maine Coon, and lots of Koi. WE PREFER A WORKING SINGLE with no critters as we have enough…Although not in the house regularly, the property is shared with my 5 small dogs; they live in my studio out back.
