This particular room has not only a private bath in the room but a walk-in closet and mini-fridge. It has stunning morning light. No couples, pets, or children please.
A live-in maintenance owner, I have been caretaking this beautiful historic property for 20 years, after having restored it from the ground up. A semi-retired restoration architect and contractor, I have a very intimate understanding of this property’s needs. The property is shared with a very friendly Maine Coon, and lots of Koi. We prefer a working single with no critters (as we have enough) …Although not in the house regularly, the property is also shared with my 3 small dogs; they live in my studio out back. All of the current housemates are quiet, respectful adults, so the house is quiet and friendly! The lease is monthly, but we encourage long-terms stays.
