Rent for the FULLY FURNISHED ROOM in my very nice FULLY FURNISHED APARTMENT, including shared living space, is $1400 per month, plus $130 for utilities and all monthly domestics purchases (toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc.), for a TOTAL MONTHLY RENT of $1530, due by the 1st of each month. A $1400 security deposit is required.

My name is Brad. I’m a tech product developer working from home. I have two indoor cats.
I live a healthy lifestyle. Sober for decades. A yogi for over 10 years. I’m a novice cook trying to learn. I’m a non-smoker. Single, straight, respectful. No kids. Never married. Liberal, independent, open-minded. Pet person. I enjoy indoor houseplants (not marijuana).
I’m seeking a mutually respectful roommate who is a non-smoker, non-drug user, and someone who likes to keep common areas neat and clean. Someone who is respectful, courteous, and mindful of our shared living space, the apartment building, and our neighbors. An individual who is open-minded with a wellness mindset would be ideal. Must like, or at least be comfortable living with, two indoor cats.
As I work from home, ideally I’d prefer a roommate who doesn’t also work from home, freelance or otherwise. That said, I realize remote work has become much more common, so I’m open to a roommate who may work from home part-time if we’re otherwise a good fit and respectful of each other’s boundaries.
No marijuana use or smoking of any kind is allowed in the apartment or on the property. No illegal drug use.
