Hello! I am renting out ground floor bedroom and private toilet, in a 3-story townhouse - 1880 sq ft, across from Ralston Creek Trail, surrounded by nature. On the 2nd floor beautiful kitchen and dining room / relax space to share. On the top floor 3rd bedroom, loft and balcony. Lots of sunlight and 10 feet ceilings. The townhome is 3 bed 2.5 bath, modern, clean, comfortable and in a very safe neighborhood. Internet and bills included. Move in date July, August or September (flexible) My boyfriend and I (mid 30s) live on the top floor w/ 5 month old infant. Lots of seperation and private space between. We are looking for a 6-12 month lease (but again flexible for the right person) If you have any questions please reach out. We are quiet, working professionals and enjoy hiking, walking and travel. Very chill and easy going! This is a great area for nature lovers (bike trails and easy access to mountains) Colorado Taphouse is right next door. We would prefer having a woman renter.
