This home is conveniently located and close to Midtown, Paseo District, Classen Curve, Oklahoma City University, and downtown. The home has it all from stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, a below-ground storm shelter, two fireplaces, and granite countertops. The yard has multiple mature trees with a large back patio and gazebo. The neighbors are friendly and very quiet.

Pets are allowed with a pet fee and pet deposit but are required to be kept primarily outside or in the garage.

I am an active-duty officer in the Air Force looking for students and working professionals who are clean, neat, respectable roommates. I am deploying in April and will be moving out of my room for 6 months.

There is currently two roommate, a male and female in separate bedrooms who are quiet, courteous, and respectful.
